Cancel reservation

To cancel your reservation please enter your e-mail and reservation number in the boxes provided below then click 'Find reservation'.
If we are able to find a record of the reservation, a 'Cancel reservation' button will appear.  If you click this, we will attempt to cancel your reservation. We will send confirmation of cancellation by e-mail.

Please note a cancellation charge may apply.  Typically a charge is made if you cancel within 1 day of your arrival date but this may vary from hotel to hotel.  Your original email confirmation of your reservation would have quoted your hotel's cancellation policy.

If you are an all-rooms.com member, it is probably easier to cancel a reservation via your User Profile

Reservation ID.
(this would have been quoted at the top of your email reservation confirmation)
Email address.
(this should be the address you used when you made the reservation)
