Rodney Hotel

"The hotel represented reasonable value for money. The room was perfectly adequate and the en-suite shower facilities worked well enough. Had very little interaction with hotel staff who seemed pleasant and helpful enough. The hotel is well situated, very close to a seriously good if rather expensive gastro-pub restaurant (The Albion) as well as a large range of other restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Clifton is lovely and while the hotel is not quite lovely it's fine for the business traveller who just wants a clean comfortable room at the end of the day."

Washington Hotel

"Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the room, and the real tea and coffee was an unexpected bonus (tho I think some people might not agree, sadly). The open-air restaurant/bar next door (with excellent staff) was an added bonus, and very useful."
