Situated at the bottom of beautiful Butter Crag is the
Forest Side Hotel, a short stroll from the hotels front door and you are in the centre of Grasmere. The hotel gardens are extremely picturesque and look out onto a picturesque landscape inhabited by Herdwick sheep, red squirrel and rabbits.
