"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast,though adequate, was confusing to guests as the routine was never the same twice. Our American friends thought the hotel had new owners as the breakfast was so confusing and some of the staff did not seem to know what to do. We were meeting friends who live in the area so did not use any other facilities. My sister who was in a single room downstairs did not like being ouside the main body of the hotel and felt nervous."

"Overall the stay was satisfactory with the exception of the arrangements at breakfast.Some items of cutlery, marmalade & tea ran out & the staff were not very helpful."
