"In the email I received from you you stated that pickup time began at 5 pm. We did not get picked up until 6:30 pm. It was a long wait at the airport. The room we were in was so small that once our luggage was in we hardly had room to turn around. The ensuite bathroom was a JOKE. We had just been on a cruise and the bathroom onboard the ship was twice as big. We booked this place because we thought it would be a change from a Holiday Inn type. Were we wrong!!"

"It was my own fault! I should have known that such inexpensive accomodation near the airport could be pretty grim, but the picture on the internet made the outside look quite nice, and I guess I thought the inside would match the outside! I would have liked to see a photo of the room I was renting. I think that describing the closet that had the bathroom in it as an en-suite was being very generous. I will not make the mistake again of thinking I could get a good but inexpensive hotel in London. However, for hardier souls and students I certainly recommend the price."

"The hotel is basic but very clean,if alone 45 minutes is a long wait for the shuttle bus. But for the price of one night and no charge for the bus you get value for money."
