"This is an airport hotel, and I stay their for convenience and do not expect too much. But it was comfortable with a good atmosphere - some Heathrow hotels I have stayed at were the opposite. This is the 2nd time I stayed at this particular hotel, and I chose it because my previous experience here was good."

"I could not make any comments that are negative apart from the difficulty we had when we checked in and had asked for a non-smoking room but were allocated to a smoking room. When we drew the notice of the porter to this he immediately changed it for us--the only accommodation available was the disabled room. This was OK but we had made the booking 3 months previously. On the positive side we found the staff particularly helpful. All of them seemed to take initiative and responsibility which was most refreshing. They seemed to have a genuine interest in making our arrangements run smoothly."
