"When I arrived I was a little concerned about getting a car-park as there were a very large number of cars parked there associated with various conferences. A guarantee of a spot would have been good. Apart from that and the need for some maintenance in the guest rooms, I found my stay very pleasant. I could have obtained cheaper accommodation, but not immediately adjacent to Heathrow. The staff were very responsive,and pleasant."
